Grace is a yoga guide and social worker with 15 years of experience in the two fields combined. She uses a health and trauma informed lens when teaching, blending social work and yoga to give all people a safe space to fully engage in their personal practice.

Ellen has been teaching yoga since 2007. She is also fully certified in Pilates, and has completed training in injuries and special populations. Her goal is to help students move more efficiently, creatively and therapeutically. Ellen’s approach is supportive, calm and eclectic.
Erin studied energy work and qigong healing in Colorado and Kansas City while working in arts businesses and banking. She offers individual healing sessions in North Seattle and teaches restorative exercise, sharing potent practices to shift perspective, feel strong, supple, and even silly.

Lucy studied with Guan-Cheng Sun, PhD since the fall of 1996 at Qigong & Integrative Medicine, IQ&IM. She became a certified teacher of Yi Ren Qigong in 2007. She later developed a program specific to diabetes that has been effective in treating her own Type 1 diabetes as well as many others.
Lucy also works as a massage therapist in Seattle.
Sound Bath Instructor
Torrey Kaminski is a yoga teacher and a professional flutist. She enjoys fusing yoga and music by leading sound baths around the greater Seattle area. Torrey has also created and presented Yoga for Musicians workshops around the US and Canada. A published author, teacher, and reading specialist, Mark explores the intersections of education, literacy, and science. As a national and regional consultant and coach, Mark works with school districts to help them create effective literacy programs. Early Childhood and Parenting Educator
Liz is an early childhood and parenting educator. She has been in the field for over 20 years working as a center director, preschool teacher and business owner focusing on educating both children and those who care for them.She has educated other child care professionals creating and teaching classes on development, behavior and communication as well as teaching state qualification classes to those new to the profession.
Music Healing Practioner
Since 2009, Valerie has led Circle of Sounds gatherings in Seattle.
She completed training for Awakening the Creative Spirit, offered through Abbey of the Arts, in 2016 and studied with Pat Moffitt Cook, Ph.D, Director of Open Ear Center, Santa Fe, NM. She completed a two-year course in Therapeutic Applications of Cross-Cultural Sound and Music.
Valerie is a professional singer and performer, having appeared on stages from Broadway to Seattle to London.
She is founder of Pacific Sound and Voice.
George Draffan is a practitioner of Buddhist meditation and Taoist energy practices. QiGong helps him stay in shape for professional landscaping.
